To the best of authors knowledge, all compositions of Gd5(SixGe1-x)4 (where (0 ≤ x ≤ 1) except x = 0.5) family as reported in literature with Curie Temperature in the range of 260 K-340 K. The difference in MCE properties in samples with same composition is due to either sample preparation or experimental conditions.
